Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to support our Client Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or management experience.
The Role & Key Responsibilities
- Leading your front‑line team to make sure that the delivery of the contract is maintained to the highest standards and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Client Account Manager.
- Create, prepare and maintain the enforcement plan and monitor the success of those ongoing daily.
- Manage staff performance in line with our company policies.
- Ensure that staff comply with Health and Safety requirements in all aspects of their work.
Person Specification
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate others.
- First class customer service experience.
- Ability to communicate well at all levels.

- Strong Computer skills specifically in Excel.
- Knowledge of the TMA 2004 or have worked in a parking enforcement environment would be an advantage.
