NSL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd., is seeking a Supervisor to lead and support a team of Civil Enforcement Officers, conducting daily briefings, monitoring KPIs, and handling escalated queries from colleagues and the public. This is a hands-on leadership role in our public spaces.
You will also perform Civil Enforcement Officer duties, patrolling streets and car parks, engaging with the public, and issuing Penalty Charge Notices where appropriate.
