Are you an organised and confident individual? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our operations team within one of Marston Holdings entities, Scott & Co. Scott & Co is a leading provider of debt recovery, enforcement and citation services. We are part of Marston Holdings Ltd, the UK’s largest judicial services group, providing integrated court order compliance.
Responsibilities
- Handle communications through emails and telephone calls across the business and to our clients/customers.
- Create, check, and file documents, ensuring accuracy.
- Accurate cash handling and banking processing.
- Monitor the quality of output, as per specified requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure correspondence is issued correctly.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word and email.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willing to learn the regulations needed for the role, such as GDPR, and gain awareness of industry changes.
