As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you’ll help keep streets safe across London, accessible and fair for everyone.
Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Patrol assigned areas across London
- Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) in line with regulations
- Provide clear and professional communication to the public regarding restrictions and enforcement actions
- Provide a visible presence to deter non-compliance
- Accurately record enforcement activity using handheld devices
- Maintain health and safety as well as operational standards
