As a High Court Enforcement Officer, you’ll play a vital role in upholding justice by executing High Court writs, supporting clients and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

- Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct High Court enforcement duties.
- Enforce court writs on behalf of clients and local authorities.
- Recover debts or seize goods where appropriate, with professionalism.
- Negotiate and agree payment arrangements with empathy and clarity.
- Maintain detailed case records and meet performance targets.
- Represent Engage Services and Marston Holdings with integrity, discretion and fairness.
- Must be certified with a valid certificate and be registered on The Certificated Enforcement Agent Register.
Requirements
- Certificated Enforcement Agent with a valid certificate.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
- ULEZ‑compliant vehicle (for London assignments if applicable).
- Clean DBS check.
- Satisfactory credit history (CCJs accepted where repayment arrangements exist).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Strong planning, problem‑solving and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients.
- Understanding of energy, utilities or enforcement operations is advantageous.
- Experience in enforcement, security, debt recovery or other customer‑facing and field‑based roles requiring negotiation, resilience and professionalism is highly desirable.
