NSL, part of Marston Holdings, is seeking an Operations Manager (Client Account Manager) for our Coventry site.

This full-time, on-site role is based at our Coventry NSL site, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hours generally 8:30am–5:30pm.

You will be the key client contact, ensuring services meet KPIs, SLAs and financial targets, leading Supervisors and frontline teams, building strong relationships and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
