Due to the continued growth of our business, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Account Manager who is focused on customer service and operational delivery.

The purpose of this role is to manage the on‑going relationship and operational delivery of services to our client, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and budgets are met or exceeded. Excellent leadership and communication skills are key for this role as the successful candidate will be managing approximately 20 colleagues and in constant contact with one of our prestigious clients.
