We’re looking for friendly, confident people to patrol local streets, keep parking safe and fair, support the public, and help keep our neighbourhoods running smoothly. You may know us best as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants.

You will patrol public streets and car parks, helping keep communities safe and accessible by:
- Advising the public on parking rules and safe parking
- Issuing Penalty Charge Notices to incorrectly parked vehicles
- Responding to public enquiries professionally and courteously
- Reporting abandoned vehicles and equipment issues
- Supporting enforcement colleagues when required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to work shifts and handle challenging situations calmly
No previous experience is required — training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship.
