Here at NSL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd., we are currently recruiting for a Public Space Surveillance Operator to work with our partners such as the Police, NCA, DWP and other investigatory bodies. The role involves monitoring real‑time CCTV, directing officers by radio to incidents and securing evidence.
Eligibility:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Continuous residence in the UK for the last 5 years.
- Valid SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) Licence.
- Successful candidates will be subject to Metropolitan Police vetting to NPPV3/SC (High Level) standard.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, report, and record suspicious activity.
- Operate cameras and equipment effectively to capture highest quality evidence.
- Write reports, witness statements and attend court to give evidence supporting CCTV images.
- Coordinate with external and internal agencies such as DWP, NCA and other investigatory bodies.
