What You’ll Be Doing:
- Patrol public streets and car parks, keeping communities safe and accessible
- Advise the public on parking rules and safe parking
- Issue Penalty Charge Notices for incorrectly parked vehicles
- Respond to public enquiries professionally and courteously
- Report abandoned vehicles and equipment issues
- Support enforcement colleagues when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently
- Ability to work shifts and handle challenging situations calmly
No previous experience is required – training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship.
