What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Patrol public streets and car parks, keeping communities safe and accessible
  • Advise the public on parking rules and safe parking
  • Issue Penalty Charge Notices for incorrectly parked vehicles
  • Respond to public enquiries professionally and courteously
  • Report abandoned vehicles and equipment issues
  • Support enforcement colleagues when required

  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently
  • Ability to work shifts and handle challenging situations calmly

No previous experience is required – training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship.
