Marston Holdings is seeking an Operational Services Administrator to join our Criminal Fines, Liability Orders and Road Traffic team. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role, working with a range of stakeholders to support operational delivery and achieve positive outcomes.

No previous industry experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Operational Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with clients, enforcement agents and internal teams, helping to manage cases from start to finish while delivering excellent service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload and helping drive cases through to resolution.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, enforcement agents and internal departments.
  • Investigating queries, resolving issues and identifying practical solutions.
  • Coordinating activities with external partners, including enforcement agents, auction houses and service providers.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring information is updated promptly.
  • Supporting operational performance through effective administration and organisation.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and service standards.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week on a fixed shift pattern (6:00am–2:00pm or 10:00am–6:00pm), with occasional Saturdays.
