Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Enforce court writs on behalf of clients and local authorities.
  • Recover debts or seize goods where appropriate, with professionalism.
  • Negotiate and agree payment arrangements with empathy and clarity.
  • Maintain detailed case records and meet performance targets.
  • Represent Engage Services and Marston Holdings with integrity, discretion, and fairness.
  • Must be certified, holding a valid certificate and listed on the Certificated Enforcement Agent Register.

Requirements

  • Certificated Enforcement Agent with a valid certificate.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
  • ULEZ‑compliant vehicle (for London assignments, if applicable).
  • Clean DBS check.
  • Satisfactory credit history (CCJs accepted where repayment arrangements exist).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict‑management skills.
  • Strong planning, problem‑solving, and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients.
  • Understanding of energy, utilities, or enforcement operations is advantageous.
