This is a role with real impact. You’ll manage complex and sensitive situations, execute warrants, and address persistent rates evasion with professionalism and integrity. As a trusted representative of Marston Holdings, you’ll use sound judgement, handle a wide range of interactions, and maintain consistently high standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out enforcement activity, including executing Liability Orders.
  • Make in‑person visits, assess circumstances, and secure payments or recover goods.
  • Manage a varied caseload, using investigative skills to locate individuals, with a strong focus on persistent evaders and high‑priority cases.
  • Identify non‑compliance or evasion tactics and respond with proactive, evidence‑led solutions.
  • When needed, lead sensitive conversations – including with vulnerable people – using empathy, professionalism, and calm conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage payments, and ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational requirements.
  • Work flexibly, including early mornings, some evenings, and occasional weekends, with travel and overnight stays where required.

You’ll represent our organisation with sound judgement and a commitment to delivering a fair and consistent service – supported by a full 12‑week training programme to help you manage complex and sensitive situations confidently.
