Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA. This is a full-time night position, temporary role on a five-month contract.
What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?
- Liaises with members of the public and gives advice regarding clamping and fines.
- Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
- Works alongside other agencies when required including Police, DVLA and VOSA.
- Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
- Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.
- Completes daily reports regarding activities.
