Are you a passionate change professional ready to make a real impact? Join Marston Holdings as a People Change Manager and help drive meaningful transformation across our organisation.

As part of the COO’s team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and leading strategic change initiatives in line with our corporate strategy and transformation plans. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring operational teams are fully supported and prepared for change—so that it’s not only implemented but embedded and sustained long-term.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead business change activities within key programmes to ensure benefits and outcomes are delivered.
  • Own and maintain change plans, impact assessments, and readiness criteria.
  • Guide stakeholders and teams through change using best-practice methods and tools.
  • Create and deliver effective change management materials, training, and engagement content.
  • Work closely with project and business improvement teams to align change delivery.
  • Support stakeholders, sponsors, and leaders in building change capability and resilience.
  • Monitor, mitigate, and escalate risks associated with change delivery.
  • Oversee handover of change into BAU to ensure smooth transitions.

What we’re looking for:

  • A confident and capable change leader with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A recognised Change Management qualification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, BSC).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—able to influence at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience in transformation and complex change programmes.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and driven by continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in M365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to manage sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
