Business Analyst

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our COO team. You’ll play a key role in analysing business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering actionable insights that help us work smarter and more efficiently across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the analysis for large-scale projects and initiatives that drive strategic change and deliver measurable benefits.
- Work with the Head of VMO and the COO to define benefits aligned with our corporate transformation goals.
- Mentor teams on best practices in business analysis and promote consistency across the business.
- Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and readiness reviews for change initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation (e.g. user stories, process maps, use cases).
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Leads, and Developers to align on solution design and delivery.
- Analyse operational and performance data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Support internal teams by providing accurate, actionable documentation and reporting.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on complex projects across multiple functions.
- Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and how to assess change impacts across people, process, data, and technology.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and brief senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in business analysis tools and techniques—comfortable working with user stories, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
- A recognised qualification in Business Analysis (e.g. BCS, IIBA, Lean Six Sigma).
- A degree in a relevant subject such as business, IT, finance, or economics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
- Experience working on risk, benefits, and governance analysis.
