NSL is seeking a Senior Pound Operative in Wembley to oversee daily pound operations, allocate workloads to drivers and ensure efficient use of HGV HIAB-enabled trucks.
You’ll monitor performance, coordinate loading and transport, and uphold safety and compliance across all vehicle movements.
The role requires a full UK driving licence, 42.5 hours per week (mon-sun incl. bank holidays) with flexibility, and a proactive approach to risk and safety in a fast-paced yard environment.
