You’ll be accountable for:
- Leading multiple technical teams and senior managers to deliver high-quality parking design services and policy development
- Winning new business and growing key accounts to drive regional and national success
- Setting the strategic direction for the Parking and Kerbside Management discipline, alongside senior leadership
- Ensuring outstanding financial performance, including revenue growth, margins, WIP control, and account management targets
- Building and maintaining senior-level client relationships, negotiating and influencing at the highest levels
- Recruiting, developing and inspiring high-performing teams
- Driving technical excellence, best practice, and governance across complex, business-critical projects, maintaining excellent relationships with the Department for Transport, British Parking Association and relevant think tanks
