We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warrant Control Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a key administrative role responsible for the accurate loading and processing of Enforcement, TMA and HMCTS warrants, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely communication with relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Load Enforcement warrants received via email, ClientWeb and SFTP accurately and efficiently
- Monitor the Newcase mailbox, ensuring all emails are responded to on the day of receipt and actioned promptly
- Assist with the processing and sending of the paid and return weekly files
- Liaise with line manager to resolve any warrant loading or system issues
Additional Duties
- Work within Columbus systems
- Use the File Upload Tool (FUT)
- Use the Electronic Conversion Input System (ECIS)
- Use the Case Input System
- Provide sickness and holiday cover for team members loading TMA, HMCTS and Arrest Warrant data
- Provide general administrative support as required

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
