Marston Holdings is a leading provider of technology enabled services to both the public and private sectors. We are on the search for an organised and pro‑active HR Systems Administrator to join us on a permanent basis in our Rochdale Office. Reporting into the HR Systems & Admin Manager you will be a key contact for staff queries, and supporting the day to day operations of the HR function.
As HR System Administrator, you will be responsible for general HR admin tasks, processing changes in the HRIS systems and being the point of contact for any HR related admin tasks. This is a fast‑paced and varied role, ideal for someone with prior administrative experience and exposure to HR processes. You will support ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service to employees across the organisation.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the HR Systems & Admin Manager with queries relating to our internal HRIS
- Supporting on ad‑hoc projects as required
- Ensuring the central HR database system is up to date
- Processing changes to contracts of employment within the system and ensuring contractual documentation reflects any changes
- Responsible for the administration of the Maternity/Paternity process for the group
- Supporting with the employee leaver process including administering leaver letters and sending employment references
- Coordinating the right to work visa renewal process for our employees
- Assisting with the HR monthly reporting on absence and attrition
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working with HR systems is desirable but not essential
- Intermediate experience and confidence in using MS Excel and other MS Office software
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of self‑motivation
- Ability to work as part of a team
