As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Recruitment Team Leader to join our Talent & Reward team and help shape the future of talent acquisition across the business. This is a strategic, business partnering role where you’ll lead a high performing recruitment team, influence senior stakeholders, and play a key part in transforming how we attract, engage, and hire top talent.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment, you’ll operate at a business partner level, providing strategic recruitment leadership across the organisation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver high quality, timely talent solutions aligned to business goals. You’ll lead and inspire a team of recruiters, oversee the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation across recruitment processes. Your impact will be visible, measurable, and central to supporting business growth.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of recruiters to deliver high quality recruitment outcomes
- Partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to provide strategic recruitment insight and guidance
- Acting as a trusted business partner for skilled, senior, and revenue generating roles
- Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from role scoping and sourcing through to offer and onboarding
- Designing and delivering proactive recruitment strategies that attract diverse, high calibre talent
- Driving recruitment transformation by improving processes, systems, and ways of working
- Monitoring recruitment performance and KPIs, using insight to recommend improvements
- Managing agency and external supplier relationships where required
- Staying ahead of market trends, legislation, and best practice to keep recruitment future focused
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of leading recruitment teams
- Experience operating at a business partner level, influencing and advising senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technology
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment legislation and employment law
- Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems
- CIPD, Recruitment, or Management qualification (desirable, not essential)
