NSL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd., is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our Night Shift team in Tameside for a 12-month FTC.

You will patrol public streets, car parks and Market Hall, assist residents with information and signposting, and handle challenging situations calmly while upholding a professional service.

Work with local businesses, GMP and Tameside Council to meet contractual requirements, and support colleagues plus training of new team members.
