At Marston Holdings, people are at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Recruitment Team Leader to join our Talent & Reward team and help shape the future of talent acquisition across the business.
This is a strategic, business partnering role where you’ll lead a high performing recruitment team, influence senior stakeholders, and play a key part in transforming how we attract, engage, and hire top talent.
Reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment, you’ll operate at a business partner level, providing strategic recruitment leadership across the organisation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver high quality, timely talent solutions aligned to business goals.
You’ll lead and inspire a team of recruiters, oversee the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation across recruitment processes. Your impact will be visible, measurable, and central to supporting business growth.
