high-energy Recruiter
to support large-scale hiring across our multi-brand organisation. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality recruitment outcomes while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey. What you'll be doing You'll be at the centre of our hiring activity, supporting multiple frontline operational areas and specialist teams - helping us meet ongoing workforce demands. Your day-to-day will include: Managing recruitment campaigns across a range of roles - front-line volume and specialist areas Conducting telephone pre-screen interviews, assessing candidate suitability and attitude Delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding Working closely with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently and at pace Using a variety of attraction methods to source and generate strong candidate pipelines Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth recruitment process throughout What we're looking for Previous volume recruitment experience (in-house or agency) -
Essential Experience using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and CV Library -
Essential Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once -
