We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Enforcement Officer/Radio Controller to join our team. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering a dual role, combining office‑based radio control duties and on‑street enforcement work.
Overall purpose of post: To provide CEOs with support, enable communication between the team and to ensure that enforcement activity is effectively co‑ordinated, welfare of all team members monitored, events and movement of team members are recorded. Monitor and action requests for enforcement received via phone or email.
What you will be doing:
- Must be a fully trained CEO as enforcement duties may be required.
- To always maintain contact with enforcement teams.
- Ensure communication is enabled between on‑street CEOs and Supervisors.
- Ensure enforcement system is updated with vehicle relocation/removals.
- Maintain emails and respond to clients with vehicle relocation details and enforcement request outcomes.
- To be flexible – carry out any other duties as and when required by the management.
- To help train new staff within the team.
- To maintain an accurate log of client requests.
- Answering the radio.
- Ensuring the radio KPIs are kept up to date.
- Dealing with and responding to Code Reds and Code Yellows.
- Dealing with enquiries from members of the public and clients.
