We are looking for a Supervisor to join our fantastic team! Within this role you will lead a team of Civil Enforcement Officers, carry out daily briefings, deal with escalated queries from both your colleagues and members of the public, and track KPIs. On top of this responsibility, you will also be performing the valuable duties carried out by a Civil Enforcement Officer – patrolling public car parks and streets, advising members of the public and issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles.
In this Supervisor role, you will be the eyes and ears of the local community while supporting your team to continue the essential work that is carried out by Civil Enforcement Officers within the community.

What do you need to be a Supervisor?
- Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
- Excellent Communication Skills
- To be self-motivated and customer-focused
- A love of working outdoors
- Ability to work shifts
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office
