Mobile NSL, part of Marston Holdings Limited has an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Inspector to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
What you'll be doing:
- Inspect Taxis and Private Hire Vehicles to meet TfL licensing criteria
- Record inspection findings using PCs and Handheld Computers
- Liaise with customers, offering test feedback, advice, and guidance in terms of re-booking and rectifications required
- Update the system with any vehicle changes, damage reports or new documentation
- Liaise with colleagues and TfL over policy, procedures, and changes
What we're looking for:
- Close attention to detail, ability to check documentation to ensure it is accurate and check vehicles to ensure they are in line with the licensing rules
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Strong report writing abilities
- Full UK Driving License
