Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.

What does a DVLADualEnforcement Officer Do?

  • Liaises with members of the public and give adviceregardingclamping and fines.
  • Advisesthe public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
  • Work alongside other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA.
  • Deals with enquiries from the publicregardingenforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
  • Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose reporting faults to the Manager.
  • Completes daily reportsregardingactivities
  • Clamping and removal of untaxed vehicles
  • Supporting Cashier office duties
  • Supporting Enforcement officerswhile office based.
  • General administrative duties including data entry & reporting.
  • Answering phone calls & responding to emails.
  • Dealing with release of impounded vehicles.

What do you need to be a DVLA DualEnforcement Officer?

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Customer Focused
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Previousexperience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
  • The ability to carry outmanual handling and heavy lifting taskssafely
