If so, NSL have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Service team, responsible for providing an essential interface with the local Council, Stakeholders and public.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Customer Service Supervisor in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems ensuring that best practice is identified and disseminated throughout the operation.
- Responsible for the processing, maintaining and updating of all calls, permits and notices.
- Ensuring customer enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently.
- Dealing with public enquiries and complaints in verbal and written form.
- Advising the public on payment/appeal methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
What you’ll need:
- Ability to work well in a team and independently when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Focus on issue resolution and maximising customer satisfaction.
- High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
