Role purpose: An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Paraplanning team providing paraplanning support to the Paraplanners, Advisers and wider business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing paraplanning support to the Financial adviser team across more simple products and cases with a view of developing into more complex advice areas and cases in development and learning journey
- Sending Letter of Authorities to third party providers
- Chasing outstanding information with third party providers
- Analysing of policy information
- Preparation of basic suitability letter and reports
- Accurately recording clients data and compliance
- Communication between client and adviser to ensure both parties are updated throughout the process
- Working within desired timescales for completion of tasks
- Project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards
- Maintain up to date industry knowledge and awareness by attending training days and keeping abreast of advice and process changes internally
- Develop technical competence at an appropriate level to meet the requirements of the role
- Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues, clients and third parties.
