We’re a busy, growing business with an expanding customer base and increasing stock levels. We’re looking for an organised, friendly Administrator to join our small office team and help keep everything running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, like keeping systems tidy and accurate, and feel confident speaking with customers, this is a great opportunity to grow with a supportive, hands-on business.

The Role

You’ll split your time between keeping our stock management system up to date and being a helpful first point of contact for customers. No two days are the same — you’ll be right at the centre of the action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update our stock management system
  • Log deliveries, track stock levels and flag shortages
  • Liaise with suppliers to check availability, place orders and chase deliveries
  • Handle incoming customer queries by phone and email
  • Keep customers updated on quotes, installations and project timelines
  • Escalate technical or urgent issues to the right team member
  • Keep customer and job records accurate and organised
  • Provide general office admin support (filing, data entry, document prep)
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in admin, customer service or stock/inventory roles (not essential)
  • Confident communicator — phone and email
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
