Role purpose: An exciting new opportunity has arisen, and the role will be in the Client Servicing team providing admin support to the business's Financial Advisers and wider business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of meeting packs (new and review)
- Completion of Annual Review letters within timescale
- Completion and updating of client personal information and details
- Completion of Fund switch letters within timescale
- Completing client change requests in contributions/bank details/address
- Diary Management
- Appointment booking via telephone and email
- Review and overdue meeting management
- Adding leads and prospects to the system
- Withdrawals - taking client instruction and completing security checks
- Online access registering
- Pre-population of client information in various key documents
- ID & anti-money laundering checks
- Logging documentation on an internal server
- Client meeting reminders
- Preparation of welcome packs/sending
- Certifying documents
- Policy services request for information
- Calling third-party providers for information
- Scanning and processing incoming post
- Answering of incoming office calls
- Supporting with any broader general office support
- Supporting with client generic queries
