You’ll be responsible for:

  • Assist with security tasks such as password resets, multi-factor authentication and cyber security management.
  • Document tasks and escalations using a ticketing system and provide support to internal users via phone, email, and ticketing.
  • Setting up new machines, and eventually supporting network devices like routers, firewalls, and switches.
  • Monitor and update IT systems and databases.
  • Microsoft 365.
  • Assist with VPN troubleshooting.
  • Document IT processes and user guides clearly and accurately.
