£32,000-£35,000p/a + Bonus/Uncapped OTE and other benefits. This is a great opportunity to join a long established service based business with locations across the North West and North Wales, and servicing a large personal and business client base across the UK. The company have plans for continuous rapid growth, and this role will be an integral part of that plan with opportunities for individual development. The role will be targeted to grow the client base further working closely with marketing to generate opportunities along with traditional sales methods of outreach and conversion of incoming enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff. Conduct regular 1-on-1s, deliver ongoing coaching, and maintain team morale. Leading a small team including a creative writer and SEO.
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with broader company growth objectives.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Manage day-to-day sales pipeline activity, accurately forecast revenue, and allocate territories or quotas appropriately.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average deal size) and ensure CRM hygiene is maintained across the team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing department to support lead generation and align product messaging with customer needs.
  • Deal Support: Assist representatives with high-stakes negotiations, key account management, and closing complex deals.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: Typically 4–8 years of proven success in sales or business development, with prior experience leading or managing teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies in real-time.
