Salary: £23,000 Basic (negotiable depending on experience)

Uncapped Commission Realistic OTE: £40,000 - £60,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours per week)

About Us

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an ambitious Inbound Sales Executive to our established team in Ellesmere Port. Unlike many sales roles, you'll be working with genuine inbound enquiries from customers actively looking for vehicle leasing solutions.

The Role

As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting incoming enquiries into completed vehicle leasing agreements. You'll speak with both private and business customers (mostly private), understand their requirements and guide them through the leasing process from initial enquiry through to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound telephone and online enquiries
  • Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions
  • Providing quotations and discussing leasing options
  • Following up enquiries and progressing opportunities
  • Building rapport and delivering excellent customer service
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system

Who Could Be Right For This Role?

  • Direct Industry Pro: You already have experience within vehicle leasing, automotive finance or a closely related sector. You understand the sales process, can quickly build credibility with customers and are capable of hitting the ground running.
  • Adjacent Market Expert: You may come from sectors such as automotive retail, commercial vehicle sales, motor finance, insurance, asset finance or other consultative sales environments. You understand customer needs, can manage a sales pipeline and are ready to transfer your skills into vehicle leasing.
  • Sales Star: You may not have industry experience, but you have a proven track record in sales. You're driven, confident, hungry to succeed and willing to learn. If you can build relationships, handle objections and consistently close business, we want to hear from you.
