This is an ideal role for someone who is organised, confident, and experienced in credit control within a professional services environment.

Role Overview The Credit Controller will take ownership of the practices credit management processes, ensuring timely collection of fees and maintaining strong communication with clients.

Youll play a key role in keeping accounts up to date, resolving payment issues, and supporting the financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities Credit Control Management Oversee and manage the full credit control cycle for the practice.

Payment Monitoring Track incoming payments, identify late accounts, and maintain accurate records.

Reporting Provide regular updates on outstanding balances, risks, and recovery progress.

Process Improvement Suggest and implement improvements to streamline credit control workflows.

Collaboration Work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.
