Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Account Management Team. You may be currently working in the technical field and be interested in branching out into providing customer solutions in Sales/Account Management and will be given full training/guidance along the way.

Salary and OTE: £35,000-£45,000 per annum + Uncapped OTE

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE):
  • Year 1 (with ramp): £60-70K
  • Year 2+ (fully ramped): £75-90K+
  • Top performers earning significantly more (structure is uncapped)

Person Specification:

We are now looking to enhance our customer engagement and ensure the needs of the customer are fully met, both in terms of value, but essentially as a full technical solution to meet their current and future business needs. The Account Manager will work alongside the Sales Manager to deliver the optimum solution to the customer. Collaborative working, listening and understanding what the customer wants and identifying current and future needs will be essential to customer success. This new role will set even higher standards of customer delivery and satisfaction and ensure we get it right first time every time.

Main duties will include:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our IT solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop customised IT solutions that address client challenges and contribute to their success.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional products and services to maximize client satisfaction and company revenue.

A successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Excellent communications (strong written, listening and verbal communication skills) to explain the benefits of solutions to individuals.
  • Excellent customer service (willing to go the extra mile) to ensure our clients are delighted.
  • A collaborative worker who is able to interact and positively contribute to solution selling.
  • Have an interest in learning about current/new/future technologies to help the Company, customers, themselves and their team.
  • To show initiative, be self-motivated and a proactive member of the team.
  • Have a flair for organisational skills and persistence to see tasks through to their conclusion.
  • Be able to manage/prioritise their own workload so tasks can be completed to a customer's satisfaction.
  • Good time management.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence.
