An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful accountancy firm based in North Wales and the Northwest of England. The company have over 15 locations in this region.
The role will be busy and varied, overseeing a Team of Graduate and Trainee Accountants / Bookkeepers and monitoring workflow.
You will monitor and oversee a CRM system which will track the following :
- Monitor Workflow
- Deal with complaints
- Monitor Flow of Information
- Monitoring Targets
- Some HR duties such as monitoring holidays / sickness
- Overseeing training budget / CPD’s
- Note Taking
- Chasing up on projects
- Overseeing the recruitment workflow liaising with the external agent
- Predicting future issues
- Pre-empting planning strategy alongside management team
- Health & Safety
Using the CRM you will oversee Reports on the following:
- Credit Control
- Client Communications
- Phone Calls
- Letters
- Targets
- Production Rates
- Scheduling Holidays
- Contracts
- Assisting with Payroll
You will also have the opportunity to develop with CPD qualifications in areas of interest, to develop your career for your benefit and that of the business.
