Security Program Manager

We are seeking a Security Program Manager to lead the delivery of security initiatives with a strong focus on defence compliance and cybersecurity governance. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the organisation\’s security programme within regulated, defence-aligned environments.

The position requires a strategic thinker with a solid technical foundation, capable of bridging technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure security initiatives are delivered in line with recognised defence standards and government requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the planning, execution, and ongoing improvement of the security programme
• Ensuring alignment with defence and government security requirements, including NISPOM, CMMC, and DFARS
• Managing cross-functional security projects, including delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborating with IT, compliance, and technical teams to implement and maintain security controls
• Supporting system accreditation and authorisation activities under RMF and NIST frameworks
• Monitoring programme performance and reporting key metrics to senior leadership and government stakeholders

This role is UK-based for a UAE client, with occasional travel to the UAE required. Candidates should be comfortable operating across UK and Middle East engagements as needed. 12 Month initial contract
