We are looking for an organised and conscientious candidate to work in our Internal Finance Department. They would be working alongside Sylviane Ursch (Finance Manager), in assisting with the finances of the practice. This is an office based role and you will be required to work at our Newton Abbot office.

The candidate would be involved in the following work:

  • Bookkeeping and VAT (using Xero)
  • Bank transactions
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Invoices
  • Customer ledger administration
  • Credit Control
  • Supplier ledger administration
  • Client standing orders and recurring invoices (renewals, processing & administration)
  • Direct Debit collection runs
  • Reconciling the company sales invoices to separate billing records
  • Controlling client disbursements
  • Administering client software disbursement monthly charges
  • Administering and reconciling IFA commission receipts
  • Mileage claims
  • Other miscellaneous supporting finance tasks
