Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean windows as required
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and minibar items
- Report maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment properly
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Respect guests' privacy and interact professionally at all times
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and in a team
- Good physical stamina: must be able to stand, bend, and lift during shifts
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required
