Marshmallow is hiring a Staff Data Scientist in London (hybrid, 3 days in office) to lead data science across the Claims function. You will design and deploy production ML and Generative AI systems, shape risk decisioning and fraud detection, and collaborate with product, engineering and operations to deliver measurable impact.
You will drive system-level thinking, ensure robustness, and communicate uncertainty and performance to senior stakeholders, while maintaining high standards for data.
