We are one of the busiest venues in Bournemouth and our team love working with the buzz and energy that comes with being a part of the Marsham Court family.

As one of our Bar Team Members you will:

  • Give fantastic service on one of our four bars
  • Help with Wine Waiter service in our restaurant
  • Deliver amazing events such as weddings and birthdays
  • Help to make our events look and feel beautiful with an eye for detail
  • Take care of our building and make sure it is always clean and looking great

We are looking for people with the desire to learn and grow in an environment that encourages you to use your flare to deliver amazing experiences for our guests. We even have a dedicated Training & Development Manager focused on mentoring you and giving you the skills you need to succeed in your career, whether that be in hospitality or any other industry. We can offer full time contracts and we are busy all year round so you will be guaranteed at least 30 hours per week, even in the winter months.

We have developed our CREW team who work within our business to drive change in three main areas: Sustainability, Community Outreach, and Employee Welfare. These projects are designed and led by the team meaning you can be a part of the change that you want to see. Some of the projects we work on include:

  • New recycling and energy saving programmes
  • Mental health first aid qualifications for key team members
  • An increased social calendar to get our team together more often outside of work
  • A partnership with Bourne Free to deliver an event for the elderly LGBTQ+ community
  • A huge fundraising event for Dorset Children’s Foundation
