The Marsham Court Hotel has been making huge developments over the last few years, making it one of the most accessible and inclusive venues in the UK. As our Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:

  • Be the right hand person for our F&B Manager running the floor in the restaurant and bars
  • Lead a service team to achieve consistently high standards for breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Be confident running banqueting and catering functions
  • Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization in our service areas
  • Help to make our hotel look and feel beautiful with an eye for detail
  • Help to train new team members and give them the best start possible
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Help us to ensure our team are happy and working effectively in a pleasant environment

This role is contracted at 43 hours per week with occasional possibility of overtime if wanted. The schedule will include some split shifts working breakfast and dinner.

We are looking for people with the desire to learn and grow in an environment that encourages you to use your flare to deliver amazing experiences for our guests. We even have a dedicated Training & Development Manager focused on mentoring you and giving you the skills you need to succeed in your career, whether that be in hospitality or any other industry. For this role we are ideally looking for candidates with some hotel or restaurant supervisory experience, but this is not essential. As long as you have the willingness to learn and good transferable skills, we would love to hear from you. This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to take the next step in their hospitality career.
