MARSHALLTOWN U.S.A Ltd is growing, and we are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to support our internationally recognized construction tools and equipment brand. This role is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with sales, production, logistics, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer questions, sales inquiries, and product requests via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Prepare, process, and follow up on sales quotations and proposals
  • Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams regarding order status and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within CRM and ERP systems
  • Support the external sales team with administrative tasks and customer communication
  • Monitor order progress and proactively resolve customer issues or discrepancies
  • Generate sales reports and maintain organized sales documentation
  • Assist with invoicing coordination and payment follow-ups when required
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Support departmental goals and assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business management, general business, sales, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, internal sales, or order coordination preferred
  • Experience in a Windows-based computer environment including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and ERP/CRM systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills effective at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with high levels of accuracy
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
