Overview
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries across Spain, supporting associates and managers through onboarding, right-to-work, and general HR queries. You will work in a fast-paced shared services environment, delivering accurate guidance and handling a high volume of cases with a focus on compliance and customer care. You will collaborate with HR colleagues to resolve issues, improve processes, and support system testing and upgrades. This position offers hybrid working, development opportunities, and exposure to a global retail HR function.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-line HR support to associates and managers via phone, email, and online systems
- Deliver accurate, policy-aligned guidance in line with local legislation
- Log, track and manage HR cases through systems, owning them to resolution
- Process HR transactions with audit and compliance rigor
- Build knowledge of HR processes, policies and systems
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working
- Support testing for system upgrades and new functionality
- Collaborate with HR and other business areas to resolve complex queries
- Contribute to team goals and participate in training and peak periods
Key requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive, proactive, adaptable with attention to detail
- Experience in an HR Service Centre is advantageous
- Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize effectively
- Comfort with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel)
