Overview

In this role you will support end-to-end planning, delivery and optimization of Homesense marketing campaigns, collaborating with Homesense Marketing, Creative and Centres of Expertise to ensure integrated, on-brand activity. You’ll help execute the marketing strategy across channels, driving operational excellence and customer-centric campaigns. The position sits at the intersection of brand objectives and cross-functional teamwork, enabling campaigns to deliver measurable impact. This is a hands-on role with scope for growth within a Fortune 100 company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist campaign planning and delivery to ensure on-time, within-budget execution
  • Support Communications and Marketing Managers in implementing the wider strategy and cross-functional projects
  • Create clear briefs and collaborate with the Creative Team and external agencies to develop concepts
  • Track, analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights
  • Share product and trend information with marketing colleagues
  • Coordinate with other functions to align with business and team objectives
  • Lead regular campaign status meetings and maintain clear progress updates
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner to enable corrective actions

Key requirements

  • Brand and Marketing experience within TJX Europe is highly desirable
  • Officer level experience
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing and presenting skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently with limited supervision
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interest in retail (fashion & home)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
