At TJX Europe, we're looking for an exceptional operational leader to join our Walsall Distribution Centre as a Shift Operations Manager.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for leading 300+ associates through a team of managers and frontline leaders.

What you will be doing Leading a shift operation of 300+ colleagues.

Acting as Duty Manager and senior operational decision maker for the site.

Delivering productivity, quality, service and people performance targets.

Coaching and developing managers and future leaders.

Using KPIs and operational data to drive improvement.

Leading change initiatives and continuous improvement activity.

What we are looking for Operations Managers, Senior Operations Managers and Site Managers from logistics, distribution, manufacturing or production.

Area Managers, Regional Managers or Senior Store Managers from large-format retail businesses.

Senior multi-site or area leaders from hospitality operations.

Essential experience Leadership of 100+ colleagues as a minimum.

Experience managing managers and leadership teams.

Accountability for operational performance and KPI delivery.

Experience leading large, diverse teams in fast-paced environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
