We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated Internal Sales Advisor to join our Sales team at our Ramsbottom site.
So, what's the role?
You will be the point of contact for customers within a designated sales territory. In this inbound sales role, you will take ownership of all sales requests, taking the customer through the sale process efficiently, and ensuring each enquiry comes to a conclusion. You will be responsible for a range of activities from creating quotes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, sales management, leading on projects, following up on sales, and ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded. You will build strong relationships with our external sales counterparts; working towards a common goal, identifying solutions to win business opportunities, and supporting each other and the wider business.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a similar internal sales role is desirable but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence and negotiate with people at all levels
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- A tenacious and resilient approach to work is essential, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
- Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
