Through clear communication, regular briefings, and visible leadership, you’ll ensure your team operate plant and equipment safely and efficiently, maintain excellent housekeeping standards, and consistently deliver against KPI targets in a performance-driven environment.

Health and safety will be central to your role, with responsibility for ensuring full compliance with company policies and site standards, and promoting best working practices at all times. You’ll take a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe behaviours while remaining hands-on in the yard during busy periods, leading by example and continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, develop your team, and enhance overall site performance.
